No Kids on the Dance Floor

Found this little girl on a boat no my way home from Norway. She was looking at the dance floor in the Dancing Palace where kids weren't allowed.

Edit: after a thumbhour session featuring this picture, I decided to change some things. It's now in pure BW, the frame and font has been changed, contrast and noice reduction (as much as I could). Also the title has been changed to reflect the situation better.
